End of Season Reporting

LodgeRunner has an extensive suite of reports that can be run at any time, not just the end of the year. Each report has multiple criteria and can be printed, saved as a PDF, or exported to a spreadsheet.

Reporting Features:

Tax Time. LodgeRunner supports up to three different tax rates that you can apply to bookings. It's easy to find out the amount of taxes applied to each booking or applied during any time period.
Agency Reports. Many outfitters have one or more state or federal agencies to report to at the end of the year. We have made customized reports for countless National Parks, National Forest Ranger Districts, BLM areas, and State Recreation areas. We can help you present this information in the same format that is preferred by these agencies.
Financial Reports. From charge codes to room occupancy to retail transactions, LodgeRunner has the reports you need to thoroughly analyse your operation.
