Mobile-Friendly Portals
LodgeRunner is cloud-based and can therefore be accessed by any mobile-connected device.
The Guide Portal, Kitchen Portal, and Housekeeping Portal are mobile-friendly interfaces designed specifically for each user type.
Kitchen Portal
The kitchen portal is designed to give chefs and other kitchen staff the information they need.
The home screen has a dashboard with information on upcoming dietary restrictions, booking-specific kitchen notes, arrivals, and departures.
Users can view a list of current bookings, the meal calendar, and the room grid.
You can adjust reports that are available to kitchen portal users.
Housekeeping Portal
The housekeeping portal is similar to the kitchen portal and starts with a dashboard showing upcoming check-ins and check-outs.
There is a booking list where users can view housekeeping-related details of each booking.
Users can view and print reports of rooms to turn over and refresh for a single day or a week.
Guide Portal
The guide portal makes it easy for guides to log in and view vital trip information.
Guides can view and edit availability, enter open dates on specific destinations, and enter post-trip data like the specific destination and type of trip.
Guides can also see which guests have signed waivers and use the portal to have guests electronically sign waivers.
You can set permissions individually for each guide.
For example, you might have a head guide who is allowed to see the big picture, book trips, and assign guides while the other guides only need basic access to the portal.
