Integrations
LodgeRunner can be integrated with several third-party services.

Quickbooks Online:
LodgeRunner can send invoices and payments directly to Quickbooks Online.
When viewing a booking, you can see whether it has been synced with Quickbooks and if any changes have been made since the last sync.
You can set LodgeRunner to automatically update Quickbooks any time a booking is modified or a payment is entered.

Google Calendars:
LodgeRunner can populate vital information in your Google Calendars and keep them synced with everything in LodgeRunner.
You can populate your Google Calendars with guide trip info, flight info, scheduled events, and basic booking info.
You can create and display multiple calendars if you like to color-code your data.

Mailchimp and Constant Contact:
Email marketing services help you maintain your email lists and send email newsletters.
When you integrate LodgeRunner with Mailchimp or Constant Contact, you can easily add emails in LodgeRunner to any of your lists.
You can add emails one at a time or in bulk.
The Contacts and Bookings screens show you the subscription status of each contact and you can subscribe a contact with two clicks.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365:
We highly recommend using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 to host your email.
Both services integrate easily with LodgeRunner, which allows you to send LodgeRunner correspondence from your own email address.
When integrated, all messages sent from LodgeRunner can be immediately viewed in your Sent folder in your email program.
LodgeRunner also works with SMTP email servers, but we recommend migrating to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Lightspeed:
Lightspeed is a web-based POS system that is very popular with fly shops.
When you integrate LodgeRunner with Lightspeed you can easily move contacts between the two systems.

Zoho.com:
Zoho.com is a popular web-based CRM system.
When you integrate LodgeRunner with Zoho, you can easily import/export clients to and from both applications.
You can also pair up matching contacts in the two systems.

NiceJob.co:
NiceJob.co is a popular reputation management platform.
When you integrate LodgeRunner with NiceJob, you can automatically send guest contact information to NiceJob after each party checks out.
NiceJob then follows up via text and email to solicit online reviews from your guests.
You can also send NiceJob notifications about new bookings.
You can then use NiceJob to show summary info about these bookings on your website.
