LodgeRunner in the Kitchen

LodgeRunner has two different yet complementary methods for tracking dietary restrictions and meal preferences.

Guest Dietary Preferences. You can enter dietary preferences for each guest in each booking. These preferences appear in red on the Booking Screen. They are saved from one booking to the next so you don't have to re-enter them every year.
Kitchen Notes. You can also utilize an optional "Kitchen Notes" field on the Booking Screen. This field is used to record preferences for the entire party and is not saved for the next trip.
Kitchen Reports. There are multiple styles of kitchen reports that show dietary restrictions and/or kitchen notes along with the # of guests in each party each night.
