LodgeRunner has a full-featured reporting center. You can export data to a spreadsheet, view results, and email reports as PDF attachments. Many reports offer charting capabilities to help you visualize the data.

Payment Processing

With LodgeRunner, you can choose the payment processor that is best for you by integrating with Stripe, Square, Stax, Clover, Authorize.net, Braintree Payments, or Elavon. LodgeRunner makes it easy to offer ACH payment options, assess credit card processing fees and even take card-present payments from your guests.

Integrations

LodgeRunner helps build your mailing list with Mailchimp and Constanct Contact. You can integrate with Google Workspace or Microsoft365 to send guest correspondence from your own email address. Integrate with Quickbooks Online to keep your accountant happy. Other Integrations include Zoho, NiceJob and Lightspeed.

LodgeRunner in the Kitchen

You can keep things simple and only track dietary restrictions, or you can do much more! LodgeRunner can track separate kitchen notes and bar notes for each party. You can optionally enter meal schedules for each party and print detailed reports. Your kitchen staff can see all the info they need via the mobile-friendly kitchen portal.

Kitchen Portal

The kitchen portal is designed to give chefs and other kitchen staff the information they need. The home screen has a dashboard with information on upcoming dietary restrictions, booking-specific kitchen notes, arrivals, and departures. Users can view a list of current bookings, the meal calendar, and the room grid. You can adjust reports that are available to kitchen portal users.

Meal Schedule

LodgeRunner makes it easy to quickly enter a meal schedule for each party. Enter the first and last meal and LodgeRunner takes care of the rest. It's easy to substitute a regular dinner for a veggie dinner or to specify that some members of a party won't be there in time for dinner. You can create an unlimited number of meal types and each one can have different options. This level of detail is essential for some lodges and overkill for others. Many lodges opt to use the room assignments to determine the number of meals to prepare.

Guest Dietary Preferences

You can enter dietary preferences for each guest in each booking. These preferences appear in red on the Booking Screen. They are saved from one booking to the next so you don't have to re-enter them every year.

Booking-Specific Notes

You can also enter kitchen notes and bar notes for each party as a whole. This feature is good for noting special events and any note that is not specific to one individual in the party.
