LodgeRunner has an extensive suite of reports and charts. Each report has multiple filters and can be printed, exported to a spreadsheet, or emailed as a PDF attachment

Reporting Features:

• Automated Delivery. Easily create reports that can be delivered via email to individual team members on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
• Tax Reports. LodgeRunner supports up to four different tax rates that you can apply to your charge codes. It's easy to find out the amount of taxes collected during any time period. We also make it easy to apply the right amount of tax on package rates that combine multiple line items with different tax rates.
• Agency Reports. Many outfitters have one or more state or federal agencies to report to at the end of the year. We have made customized reports for countless National Parks, National Forest Ranger Districts, BLM areas, and State Recreation areas. We can help you present this information in the same format that is preferred by these agencies. Guides can even enter their post-trip data into their mobile-friendly guide portal after every trip.
